Cancellation Policies
Regular clients with same weekly standing booking (ex: every Wed): 5:00p night before
Dog Walking without standing booking and Dog Training: 48 hours
Pet Sitting: 2 weeks from day of first visit
Invoices with a Holiday: 30 days
*All last minute bookings that are approved and then cancelled are subject to full charge. It takes alot to rearrange our schedule and making sure a team member can accommodate last minute.
After Hours
+$10.00 per visit before 9:00a, after 5:00p, and on Saturdays + Sundays.
Holidays
+$25.00 per visit for all holidays
New Years Day, Good Friday, Saturday between Good Friday and Easter, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve
Keys
If three key copies are not collected at meet and greet and/or you do not want to keep a key on file there is a $25 fee to drop off and pick up keys.
Keys are stored in a locked safe and are never labeled with anything identifying. We do not have the ability for you to drop/pick them off to us.
